Wellness Wednesday: The Best Protein Smoothie
Today I'm sharing my favorite and the best protein smoothie!
The products pictures are exactly what I use and these products are products I absolutely LOVE. I really love the "Garden of Life" products and the Chobani Oat milk I use! I typically buy the big bag of mixed berries simply to have over a period of time and reduce the amount of times I'm going to the grocery store!
Ingredients (measured)
1 scoop Garden of Life protein (or protein of your choice)
1 scoop of the detoxifiber
1 cup frozen mixed berries
~ 1/2 cup of oat milk (this depends on the blender you use or preference.. typically I pour this to cover the berries and that's all)
