Hello everybody!! Self care is SO important, yes, of course; however, sometimes you might not consider something small "self care" because it isn't glamorized. I wanted to make this to appreciate and recognize even the smallest act as self care. In this new year, I see it becoming a major talk for self care to become implemented in so many more people's routines!!

I typically try to implement some form of self care at some point during my week, especially the crazy busy weeks. It's become essential to me to have that time to myself to be able to wind down and really enjoy my peace! I hope you can find that also! Thank you for reading.
