15 Things To Add Some Happiness To Your Day
Hi everyone! I hope everyone is having a fantastic week! Today I wanted to list out some ideas to bring some positivity and/or peace to your day when and if you may need it! Some of these things are some of my favorite things to do, and others have simply helped me in the past. Let's do this!
- Read a book
- Draw or color
- Bake a dessert
- Take a bath
- Listen to music and turn it up loud
- Clean your space
- Treat yourself to something nice (example flowers)
- Write down a few things you're grateful for.
- Watch your favorite movie or TV show
- Treat yourself to some self-care (face mask, foot scrub)
- Buy yourself a house plant
- Watch the sunrise or sunset
- Spend time with a friend or loved one
- Take a walk outdoors, weather permitting of course.
- Meditate or do yoga
